We use the latest DTG (Direct to Garment) technology, allowing us to print on demand. Since all our shirts are made-to-order, we currently do not accept refunds or exchanges.
Important: We cannot guarantee items will arrive within the estimated delivery dates. Items that arrive later than expected cannot be refunded, except in extreme cases.
Return Policy
We only accept returns for defective items. Faulty items include:
Rips or tears
Incorrect size or style
Extreme color errors by the manufacturer
Incorrect items
If you believe you have received a defective item, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include:
A detailed description of the defect
A picture of the product

Designs will be printed in the color shown. Orders made with the same color of shirt and design (e.g., white design on a white shirt) cannot be refunded.
The print on shirts may appear slightly different from the images shown on theshirtfoundry.com.
Defective items do not include discrepancies with the print quality.
